Ashby Aquatics Centre is based in the National Forest set in beautiful, peaceful, picturesque surroundings, and is abundantly stocked with immaculate koi carp.
Our fishing lake is one of the most beautiful water venues in the East Midlands and many of our customers confidently travel long distances regularly to visit the our fishing lake and shop.
The fishing lake was constructed by ourselves some years ago now and has featured on BBC Country file. The lake is home to many varieties of wildlife, including the endangered water vole. The lake may be fished, subject to an advanced booking and charge.
The Ashby Aquatics Centre shop offers everything you need for your Tropical Fish and Pond Plant requirements, we offer FREE PARKING and a great environment for you to shop at your leisure. Our friendly staff are knowledgeable and experienced within aquatics, they are always on hand to help you and give advice if needed.
After receiving many requests from our customers Ashby Aquatics Centre are now intending to give training and advice on Lake planting, as seen on our own lake, in addition we will also be offering pond maintenance training.
